John's well kept secrets have, after much persuading and cajoling, now become available to you in handy 100g packets.
These gourmet sea salts are carefully blended with herbs and spices to enhance the flavour of your favourite dishes.
Used
towards the end of your cooking will produce great flavours or simply add
them after cooking as a condiment. Always use sparingly until you get used
to the strength of the flavours.
Our flavoured sea salts are also suitable for use in vegetarian, vegan and coeliac cookery.
